Design Phase

  • Obtain client brief

Pre-construction Activity

  • Prepare coordinated construction schedule
  • Constructability review
  • Design certifier as per BCAR 2014

Construction Stage

  • Chair weekly progress/coordination meetings with the contractors
  • Coordinate contractors
  • Manage all cost variations
  • Resolve all technical queries
  • Monitor progress, provide weekly schedule update and manage suppliers and contractors to meet schedule milestones
  • Monitor workmanship and agree rectification of defects
  • Prepare punch list and manage close out
  • Review and approve Contractor Completion Packs
  • Issue practical completion certs to contractors
  • Preparation of commissioning protocols
  • PSCS
  • Assigned certifier as per BCAR 2014

Commissioning & Qualification

  • Management and coordination of commissioning contractors and vendors
  • Pre-start safety reviews
  • Execute commissioning protocols to ensure safe and effective energisation of services and equipment
