The M&E services included;
Supply & Installation of 4 No. twin head pumps & C/S pipework on chilled water primary circuits to cooling towers including fittings, supports, insulation, cladding, etc.
Supply & Installation of 2 No. end suction pump & C/S pipework on chilled water secondary circuit to Penta 1 including fittings, supports, insulation, cladding, etc.
Supply & Installation of Chiller Packaged Controller and associated instrumentation as manufactured by Trane.
Commissioning of all primary, secondary chilled water systems including finger-printing of existing systems. The contractor shall also provide commissioning of tie-ins to existing systems.
Abbvie integrated 3 No. independent chilled water systems into an efficient single common system via a header & by-pass pipework arrangement.
