MEP were engaged to provide engineering and design services for all aspects of the facility and utility modifications to accommodate the new manufacturing operations.
The M&E services included;
HVAC system design
Modification of sprinkler system, as required by revised room layouts
Building Management System (BMS) monitoring and control
Lighting, including emergency lighting
Smoke Detectors & Fire Alarms, as required
Power distribution
Abbott relocated a vessel closure manufacturing to its Clonmel facility. To accommodate these manufacturing operations, it is proposed to re-configure Suite 4 for product manufacturing. This area was previously used for ISO Class 8 manufacturing facility.
